LOST OR FORGOTTEN PASSWORDS

 

Below are instructions on what to do if you have lost your yellow password letter or for any other reason need to reset/change your password.

 

 

Lost Yellow Password Letter - Has Not Signed In For The First Time

 

  1. You must use a computer at the station.  You can use any computer that can connect to the company's network.

 

  1. Go to MyWFS (As a reminder the link is https:\\mywfs.wwflightservices.com)

 

  1. Go to the box that is titled "First Time Users Start Here" and complete all the fields. 

 

  1. Click on the button to "Register"

 

 

Note:  The reason this has to be done from a computer at the station is for security reasons. 

 

 

 

How to Change/Reset Passwords for MyWFS

 

  1. If you have your yellow password letter, or have already registered as a First Time User, you can change your password from any computer, not just one at the station.

 

  1. Go to MyWFS (As a reminder the link is https:\\mywfs.wwflightservices.com)

 

  1. Go to the box that is titled "Registered Users."

 

  1. In the lower section of the box for Registered Users is the following:  "Forgotten your password? Click [Here]."  The word [Here] is highlighted in purple.  Click on the word [Here].  A new screen will be displayed.

 

  1. Complete all the fields in the screen.

 

  1. Click on the button "Reset"
